Sheriff Hartman reports:
On April 10, 2024, at approximately 8:20 PM, Deputies with the Davie County Sheriff's Office made contact with a Suspicious Person in the parking lot of Cartner’s Food Mart located at 3741 US Hwy 64 W. The person was recognized and identified to be Nicole Yvonne Milles of Woodleaf, NC. Reasonable Suspicion that Milles is involved in criminal activity was quickly developed, prompting K9 Deputy Beck to conduct an open-air sniff of Milles’ vehicle with K9 Smoke. The open-air sniff resulted in a positive indication for narcotics. During the performance of a Probable Cause search over 6 ounces of Methamphetamine were located, in conjunction with Alprazolam, MDMA, Oxycodone, and marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia used to facilitate the selling of narcotics. Milles was charged with Felony Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Sch II, Possession of Methamphetamine, Felony Maintaining a Vehicle, Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Sch I, Felony Possession of Sch I, Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Sch IV, Simple Possession Sch IV x2, Simple Possession Sch II, Possess Marijuana up to ½ oz, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. Milles is currently being held under a $250,000.00 Secured Bond. Milles is scheduled to be in Davie County District Court on May 9, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Comments are closed.
