Davie County Animal Services is responsible for maintaining the Davie County Animal Shelter, including animal adoptions, and for all animal related investigations within the county. Service calls involving animal related complaints, injured pets, or rabies control are investigated by our team.

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Adoption Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
Adoption Fees:
Cat adoption fee: $65 cash only, exact change please.
Covers first vaccines (Rabies and distemper) spay or neuter and microchip
Dog adoption fee: $120 cash only, exact change please.
Covers first vaccines (Rabies and distemper), heartworm test for dogs over 5 months, spay or neuter and microchip.

Reclaim Fee: We do not charge for the first incident. There will be fees assessed for all future incidents.
There may also be a boarding fee assessed after 72 hours.
