 Davie County Sheriff's Office was privileged to host an FBI-LEEDA Supervisor Leadership Institute last week. This national training program draws attendees from around the country and from various different law enforcement agencies. Last week's training hosted attendees from states across the country and multiple sheriff's offices, police departments and state agencies.
The FBI-LEEDA Supervisor Leadership Institute is a 4.5 day training program built for supervisors to enhance their leadership skills. Attendees participate in personality diagnostics, leadership case studies, and developing mentoring, personnel, performance, and risk management skills. Comments are closed.
