Suspect #2 Timothy Morgan-6 Hillside Dr Lexington, NC
Between February 2010 and July 2010, multiple mailboxes were damaged, destroyed, and/or stolen from the northern sections of Davie County. All cases were assigned to Det/Sgt B.T. Emory of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through his investigation he developed two suspects and after finding probably cause, he subsequently charged both suspects with a total of 78 violations of the North Carolina General Statutes including injury to personal property, larceny, and obstruction. At this time, 56 warrants have been issued for the suspects arrest and they are now wanted.

Shaun Baity was arrested on 08/04/2010 and released under unsecure bond.
